Went for a sumptous dinner with my family @ the famous Hua Ting Restaurant located at orchard hotel Singapore. We have to book 1 week in advance in order to secure a place (WOW!). Overall it is a nice dining spot with exquisite cantonese cuisine. The picture on the right shows a piece of crispy yam tart + a pumpkin mooncake dessert courtesy from the house (why huh?).
